20 Minute Gentle Lower Back Relief Sequence

Pilates is often prescribed by professionals such as GP’s and physiotherapists to help relief minor back pain. Although more research is needed, there is some evidence suggesting pilates can be helpful for people who have lower back pain.

This 2o-minute class focuses on improving the strength and flexibility of muscles that support the back.

Regular pilates practice can help with posture, muscle tone, balance and joint mobility. It can also relieve stress and tension.
