I’ve always enjoyed staying active and playing sports, but recently I’ve felt very empowered learning to lift. As a woman, it’s great to feel strong and having strength-based goals rather than trying to be as small as you can possibly be.
I exercise to de-stress to and to feel better mentally. I’ve found the blend at All Strong between fitness and relaxation amazing. Having those few minutes at the end of each session to switch off the monkey mind and focus on your breathing, really makes such a difference to my levels of calm throughout the week.
I want to help others to feel better through fitness and to feel that sense of accomplishment that comes from trying something new or lifting a personal best.
